Thanks for your feedback. Given that I'm still using a Wireless Desktop with no issue I don't believe either of these methods will work. The mouse in the set for my main PC has started being temperamental.
Neither set are new hardware, I've been using them both for years. Also given that the 2nd set isn't acting up in either PC I'm under the belief that any drivers have installed perfectly fine. I've tried the problem set in my 2nd PC and it still has the same issue. I've tried new batteries. The keyboard works fine. Before it stops responding, it starts scrolling up by itself. I have the same question 3. Report abuse. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. I After reinstalling a fresh version of windows 10 I lost all my applications and had to reinstall them all. However I have recently had to take my pc for repair and now can't remember how to reconnect the keyboard and mouse. Is there something I should plug into the pc to make it work? If so, what does it look like please,so that I can search for it as I have quite a few computer type bits and pieces?
