As the local director of the EEOC Savannah Local Office, Holly Aguilar will have responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the office and supervising the office staff. The office's jurisdiction extends from South Georgia to southern South Carolina. Aguilar has over 20 years experience in EEO and human resources management. She also worked at Home Depot serving as divisional and store human resources manager, where she trained staff on EEO laws and conducted internal investigations for EEO compliance.
